The weekly stochastic closed over 80 for the first time in ten-plus weeks on Sep 27. Thirteen prior cases since 2012: 12 were higher a month later, +25.8% median. Since 2018 only: +17.7%, 7 of 8. Medians, not promises, and the median case dipped about 5% first.
